Wanda North Creek Hot Spring
Wanda North Creek is a large creek that flows down from from the ridgeline between Mount Nengao South Peak (3349m) and Baishi Mountain (3108m). The creek is well-known for the Wanda North Creek hotspring which lies approximately 6 kilometers upriver from the Aowanda National Forest Recreation Area. The hot spring can be reached as a day trip, but it’s also a great place to camp overnight. Located at approximately 1360 meters above sea level, Wanda North Creek’s hot springs are one of the highest in Taiwan. There are almost no pools along the 6 kilometers of river before the hot spring.
